Shrimp Egg Tofu Spinach Soup for Pesco-Vegetarians

Element:
2 free-range cage free eggs, stirred and beaten, 3 for 2 persons
half cup of chunk firm or soft tofu, whole cup for 2 persons
6 piece of shrimp, 10 for 2
spinach 15 or more for 2

ingredient:
2 spoon olive oil
3 piece chopped garlic
salt

method:
