Element for Content:
scrambled 2 eggs, done out of salt and olive oil
thin-cut radish, thin cut shrimp and cilantro leaves heated in salt olive oil, out
Element for Canvas:
White corn flour
Blue Raspberry (smashed, ground, need the juice, but it's real hard to buy it everywhere, so use V8 Raspberry Juice, 1 or 2 cup portion)
smashed firm tofu for protein
heat some salt and 2 spoon olive oil and sliced garlic to build the taste of the soup, when the garlic turn yellow, pour 1 or 2 cup of V8 Raspberry juice, when the soup boiling, read the color, add water to make it lighter, or soy sauce for darker(that's how different shades of blue are made, if you want to waste time, you can make 2 darker shade of blue soup portion, combine and stir at the final stage, but mostly you need to add water for the base canvas), better google the Monet's Water Lilies, and compare the color, and more spinach will make your canvas darker greener, the meal canvas should be done.
we need both vibrant blue and lush dark green canvas, and leave some fresh spinach out so we have more splendid green hues, other green vegetable can also add more hues.
when the soup color is right, pour white corn flour and later the tofu, stir it, til boil, keep it boiling on low heat, so the corn will soak most water, that becomes a little mush and sticky, because water will ruin other element colors. the texture very similar if you stick your nose to the original painting see it closely, so is my Van Gogh Sunflowers Meal too.
That's my Monet Water Lilies Meal ! :-D
